Graduated from Mbarara University of Science and Technology with a Bachelors in Information Technology (BIT) -(Honors). While a student, Ninsiima Wilber worked as a Tutorial assistant in the Faculty of Computing and Informatics in different programming languages like PHP, and Java, introduction to C and HTML at the same university, and from where he gained the experience that is currently helping him in the field. He also worked with  Global Health Collaborative MUST. Uganda (CAMTech Uganda) as a Volunteer under Software Development and data entry.
